We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in consultative B2B business development, professional-services sales, client relationships or account management.

You should have:

• A strong track record of personally generating and closing business.
• Experience selling B2B services or solutions to founders, CEOs, HR/People leaders, senior executives or other organisational decision-makers.
• Experience working against individual sales, revenue or business-development targets.
• Evidence of meeting and ideally exceeding commercial targets.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management capability.
• Confidence engaging founders, executives and other senior organisational decision-makers.
• Strong commercial judgement, influencing and negotiation skills.
• An established professional network within one or more APAC markets.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships that generate repeat business.
• The confidence and drive to proactively pursue new commercial opportunities.
• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-through.
• Good administrative discipline and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively within an international, remote-first team.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Additional Asian-language capability and experience developing business across multiple APAC or international markets would be particularly valuable.

Experience within executive search, recruitment, professional services, consultancy, HR/People services, organisational development, training, fractional services, technology, fintech, SaaS or the startup/growth ecosystem would be advantageous.

We are particularly interested in commercially hungry people who know how to find, secure and close sophisticated B2B service opportunities, while understanding that the quality and long-term value of the client relationship matters.

This opportunity is not intended for junior appointment setters or candidates whose experience is primarily transactional or consumer sales.
