Requirements BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Food & Beverage Sales will be preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into business
Strong market knowledge, networking ability, and commercial awareness
Good command of MS Office and sales/business reporting tools
Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities within Dhaka and, when required, outside Dhaka.

Bruvana is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand our presence in the Food & Beverage & Institutional market.

Identify and acquire new B2B & corporate clients within the Food & Beverage industry.
Develop business opportunities with restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, catering companies, corporate offices, institutions, supermarkets, distributors, and other food-service businesses.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, field visits, and industry connections.
Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, business meetings, and negotiations.
Understand customers' food, beverage, and institutional supply requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects to convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & business development targets.
Identify new market segments, emerging opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships within the F&B sector.
Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, client reports, market updates, and business development reports for management.
Follow up on outstanding invoices/payments and support the collection process when required.
