• Research global and local fashion trends to create innovative and commercially successful collections.

• Design original apparel, placement graphics, all-over prints (AOP), and embellishments for various product categories.

• Create new fashion designs and product concepts that reflect customer preferences and market demand.

• Design and develop accessories to complement seasonal collections.

• Analyze trends in fabrics, colors, silhouettes, trims, and garment construction.

• Prepare sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications for product development.

• Collaborate closely with the Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure timely execution of collection.

• Ensure all designs meet quality, cost, and production feasibility standards while maintaining the RISE brand aesthetic.
