Executive/Sr. Executive Marketing (Sara Health Care)

JSK Group, a diversified business group with growing operations in the healthcare and service sectors, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Executive/Sr. Executive Marketing to lead and strengthen the marketing activities of its sister concern Sara Health Care (Rampura).

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, expanding corporate and referral networks, increasing patient flow, developing new business opportunities, strengthening market presence and achieving the overall marketing and business development objectives of the esteemed center.

The role requires a dynamic professional with strong experience in healthcare marketing, corporate marketing, referral marketing, business development, team leadership and relationship management. The candidate will work closely with management, doctors, medical professionals, corporate clients, referral partners and internal teams to ensure sustainable business growth and service promotion.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, companies, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, hospitals, institutions, and referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to increase patient flow and revenue.
• Develop and execute effective B2B and B2C healthcare marketing strategies.
• Promote hospital, diagnostic, medical center, consultation, physiotherapy and other healthcare services through appropriate marketing channels.
• Develop corporate client networks and referral channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients and referral sources.
• Coordinate with doctors, medical professionals, hospital management and relevant departments to develop effective promotional and referral programs.
• Plan and organize healthcare campaigns, corporate visits, health awareness programs, seminars, events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for effective online promotion through Facebook, Google and other digital platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements and healthcare industry developments.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase the organization’s market share.
• Establish and maintain a strong market presence.
• Set marketing KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports, market analysis, business development reports and forecasts for management.
• Monitor marketing expenditures and ensure effective utilization of the approved marketing budget.
• Analyze marketing performance and recommend corrective actions to improve patient acquisition and business performance.
• Identify underperforming services or market segments and develop appropriate strategies for improvement.
• Work closely with management and other departments to develop and implement business growth initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
