Executive/Sr. Executive- Customer Service (Registration)

Prepare  calculations of registration costing maintaining Govt. rules – regulations and as per RAJUK-approved plans.

Prepare  calculations of land share distributions among the Apartments/ Commercial Spaces

Draft and finalize Sale Deeds for registration; coordinate for execution, collect client’s payment of registration.

Draft and finalize Deed of Agreement, Affidavits and Undertakings; understanding Tri Partite Agreement- TPA and name changes/transfer; coordinate with Legal Affairs for final execution.

Closely communicate, coordinate and management to vendors, sub-registry office for the execution of Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Revocations and completing the registration of the properties.

Manage all financial transactions related to the registration, including VAT challans, pay.

Orders, bank dealings and ensuring the clearance from the respective authorities.

Liaise with the related inter-departmental co-ordination and Corporate Affairs to finalize registration.

Collect registered documents for handing over to clients, submit VAT copies to the VAT & Tax department, and update Accounts accordingly.

Maintain and provide land/legal documents to clients; ensure proper filing and managing the relevant documents.

Submit land taxes and fulfill any additional registration-related documentation requirements
