The incumbent will have the responsibility to: Merchant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new Commerce merchants to grow the merchant base and achieve acquisition targets. Merchant Growth & Retention: Build strong relationships with existing merchants, drive activation and identify opportunities to improve retention.
Specialized KAM: Act as the dedicated KAM for Commerce merchants, understand their business needs, resolve issues, and drive long-term merchant success.
