Executive / Sr. Executive- PMD

Develop and implement annual promotional and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Prepare and manage the annual promotional budget, sales targets, and business forecasts.

Plan and execute successful launches of new products, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.

Conduct competitive market analysis to identify market trends, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, and potential areas for business development.

Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and relevant internal and external partners.

Execute promotional strategies, campaigns, and company guidelines to ensure effective and timely implementation in the field.

Organize seminars, CMEs, and other professional events to strengthen relationships between the field force and target healthcare professionals.

Provide potential doctors with relevant scientific, product-related, and professional information to support effective product communication and promotion.

Coordinate the procurement, development, allocation, and distribution of promotional materials to ensure timely availability for the field force.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of brand and portfolio performance, sales achievement, promotional expenditure, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
