RENTS Corporation is a professional real estate rental and property service company specializing in premium residential and commercial properties in Dhaka.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and professional Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance to strengthen our financial operations, reporting and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily accounting records, vouchers, receipts, payments and journal entries.

• Record and monitor all company income, expenses and financial transactions.

• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records and ensure proper reconciliation.

• Prepare and maintain client, vendor and other relevant financial ledgers.

• Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.

• Monitor outstanding payments, receivables and collections and prepare aging reports.

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement and other management reports.

• Assist management with monthly financial closing and performance analysis.

• Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation and authorization of expenses.

• Verify bills, invoices, purchase documents and expense claims before payment.

• Prepare payment schedules for vendors, suppliers and other service providers.

• Maintain employee salary, advance, reimbursement and payroll-related records.

• Prepare and maintain VAT, Tax, TDS and AIT-related documentation in accordance with applicable Bangladesh regulations.

• Support preparation and submission of VAT and tax-related information to consultants or regulatory authorities.

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems for audit and management review.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions when required.

• Assist with preparation of annual budgets and monitor actual expenses against budget.

• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial reports, trackers and management dashboards.

• Ensure strong internal financial controls and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.

• Provide financial information and reports to management whenever required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company financial information.
