Executive, Sales & Marketing - Food Contact Material & Hardgoods Testing Service

Primary Responsibilities:

Promote and develop the business of Food Contact Materials (FCM) and Hardgoods Testing Services to increase business volume and achieve the company`s revenue and growth targets through effective sales planning, customer engagement, and market development.

Specific Responsibilities:

A.     Sales & Business Development

• Promote SGS Food Contact Material (FCM) and Hardgoods testing services to targeted industries and stakeholders.

• Develop business opportunities within:

Hardgoods Industries: Trims & Metal/Plastic Accessories, Cartons & Packaging Materials, Plastic Packaging, Toys, Children`s Hardgoods, Consumer Products, Household Goods, and related manufacturers/suppliers.

Food Contact Material Industries: Food & Beverage Manufacturers, Packaging Suppliers, Plastic & Paper Manufacturers, Kitchenware Producers, Tableware Manufacturers, Appliance Producers, and related supply chain partners.

• Identify and develop business opportunities with existing SGS clients and new local accounts requiring FCM and Hardgoods testing services.

• Conduct regular client visits to understand customer requirements, product compliance needs, market trends and service gaps.

• Create new business opportunities through market mapping, industry networking, referrals, seminars, exhibitions and cold calling.

B.     Coordination With Operations

• Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Technical, and Laboratory teams to ensure smooth execution of testing services.

• Support effective resolution of customer concerns and complaints through coordination with relevant internal teams.

• Ensure timely communication between customers and operational teams to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
