Responsibilities & Context

Identify and develop new business opportunities by approaching potential corporate clients and organizations.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other channels.
Communicate with HR, Admin, Training, Procurement, and Management professionals to understand their organizational training and development needs.
Promote and sell corporate training programs, workshops, and customized learning solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare and present training proposals, quotations, and presentations based on clients’ requirements and organizational needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and develop long-term business partnerships.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed training assignments.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the Training, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed corporate training programs.
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, lead status, and sales reports, and regularly report progress to the management.
