Handle multiple international buyers and ensure smooth order execution.
Coordinate development, approvals, trials, and PP meetings with concerned teams.
Ensure yarn availability through close coordination with SCD and Yarn Operations.
Prepare fabric delivery, knitting, batch, and dyeing plans based on capacity and priority.
Monitor knitting, dyeing, and finishing progress and resolve production bottlenecks.
Ensure OTT & OTD achievement through proactive monitoring and follow-up.
Optimize yarn, grey, and finished fabric stock to minimize wastage.
Analyze process loss and production data to improve efficiency, cost, and profitability.
