Should have experience in woven jackets (padded, down, quilted) & familiar with Optitext and Lectra software
Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers’ orders/styles using CAD.
Correspond with merchandisers to give marker consumption (external) and for booking fabric.
Verify & check the patterns to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
Establish and sustain all buyer’s technical requirements.
After receiving the Tech pack’s from Merchandisers, then doing the pattern making, marker & consumption and send to respective dept. for costing purpose.
Based on fabrics construction to prepare a molded pattern for fabrics booking & production.
To amend pattern when required to production.
Making Mini marker with summarize report as per buyer requirements.
Implement and maintain best practices in CAD software (Optitex) usage and Pattern making & marker-making techniques.
Workout the most efficient pattern for costing and buyer’s order/style.
Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting .
Verify & check the pattern to ensure accuracy of the measurement of the garments.
