Join our team as a Logistics Supervisor to manage and streamline our day-to-day ghat and warehouse operations. If you are highly organized and self-motivated, you will thrive in this role as you coordinate between sales, accounts, suppliers, and field teams to ensure efficient inventory flow, cost reduction, and top-tier service delivery. Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and staff compliance at assigned warehouses and ghats. Track stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely inventory replenishment. Coordinate vessels, secure labor, and ensure on-time loading for uninterrupted operations. Maximize utilization and meet trip targets for company-owned trucks and vessels. Collaborate with Sales and Accounts teams to align supply, demand, and fund availability. Maintain strong relationships with ghat owners, labor suppliers, and vessel brokers. Conduct field audits, gather market data, and prepare regular performance reports. Identify opportunities to cut costs, improve service, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
