Responsibilities & Context

Develop and manage MRP parameters, demand forecasts, and inventory plans to ensure uninterrupted production. Lead S&OP activities by aligning sales forecasts, production schedules, and material availability. Optimize inventory levels to minimize shortages, excess stock, and carrying costs.

Oversee ERP/MRP systems (IFS/SAP), master data accuracy, and regular inventory audits. Monitor planning KPIs and prepare management reports on inventory health and supply risks. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Merchandising, Quality, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, bonded warehouse rules, and audit requirements. Lead the Material Planning team through SOP development, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and performance reviews.
