Responsibilities & Context

Vet and scrutinize land title and legal documents for compliance and accuracy. Draft and submit court depositions on behalf of the company in civil litigation. Monitor ongoing court proceedings, case developments, and judicial workflows. Participate in hearings for Misc. Cases and Appeals before ADC and AC Land offices.

Apply thorough knowledge of Land Laws, the Registration Act, Labor Law, and Contract Law. Oversee litigation across High Court, Judges' Courts, Revenue Courts, and quasi-judicial bodies. Attend court, liaise with external counsel, track case progress, and update records. Draft deeds, MoUs, agreements, power of attorney, legal notices, and case pleadings.

Manage loan documentation, mortgage creation, security perfection, and legal filings. Travel outside Dhaka for litigation, land investigations, and government agency liaison. Complete additional legal projects and tasks assigned by the Head of Legal or Management.
