Direct all corporate legal operations concerning land acquisition, real estate joint ventures, and large-scale property developments. Vet and authenticate title deeds, mutation records, historical khatians, layout maps, and municipal land tax certificates to guarantee unencumbered ownership.
Draft, review, and legally vet complex Sale Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), construction vendor contracts, and Powers of Attorney. Maintain strategic institutional links with the Ministry of Housing & Public Works, RAJUK, Sub-Registry Offices, and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Offices.
Lead cross-agency verification of property titles with land registries, survey boards, municipal city corporations, and urban development authorities. Manage the company's litigation portfolio across civil, criminal, land dispute, constitutional writ, and corporate regulatory court cases.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and senior advocates to structure court strategies, defense pleadings, and active legal proceedings. Oversee the timely renewal of corporate licenses, statutory registrations, and mandatory government construction approvals.
Safeguard the company's primary asset vault, holding absolute custody over original title deeds, executed contracts, and regulatory permits. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, sales, and corporate finance teams to resolve operational legal bottlenecks.
