We are looking for a dynamic, responsible and technically skilled IT professional to join our Manufacturing Plant IT team and ensure smooth, reliable and uninterrupted IT operations.
Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT support and infrastructure operations, including:
- Network & Internet: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VPN, Internet connectivity and basic firewall troubleshooting.
- PC & Laptop: Installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and user support.
- Printer & Scanner: Installation, configuration, network connectivity and troubleshooting of printers, scanners and multifunction devices.
- Software Support: Windows, MS Office, antivirus, business applications and other organizational software.
- SAP/ERP Support: Basic SAP GUI installation, configuration, login/connectivity and user-level SAP/ERP support.
- IP Phone: Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of IP phones and related connectivity.
- Attendance System: Support biometric/fingerprint/face-recognition attendance devices and synchronization with HR systems.
- IT Hardware: Troubleshooting and maintenance of monitors, UPS, network devices and other IT peripherals.
- IT Security: Antivirus/endpoint security, software updates, access control and compliance with IT security policies.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain IT equipment inventory, asset records, user assignment and warranty information.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with ISP, hardware, software, SAP and other IT service providers.
- Plant Support: Provide prompt IT support to Production, Warehouse, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Finance, Administration and Management.
- Ensure quick resolution of production-critical IT issues to minimize operational downtime.
