Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to admission enquiries received in person, by telephone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Provide prospective parents and guardians with accurate information about the school’s curriculum, admission requirements, fees, facilities, policies, and academic programmes.
Counsel prospective parents and students and guide them through every stage of the admission process.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective parents and maintain an updated admission-enquiry database.
Receive and review admission applications and verify students’ birth certificates, academic records, photographs, and other required documents.
Coordinate the scheduling and administration of admission assessments, interviews, and placement procedures.
Assist parents and students in completing registration, enrolment, and admission formalities.
Maintain accurate and confidential student and guardian information in the school’s internal software and official records.
Provide necessary information and support to existing parents and students.
Coordinate with the Academic, Accounts, Administration, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.
Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, assessments, admissions, and pending cases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.
Assist in admission campaigns, open-house programmes, parent orientation sessions, school visits, promotional events, and other institutional activities.
Receive and appropriately address parents’ enquiries, feedback, requests, and complaints, referring sensitive matters to the relevant authority when necessary.
Maintain a welcoming, courteous, empathetic, and professional attitude toward parents, students, visitors, and colleagues.
Protect the confidentiality of student, parent, and institutional information.
Provide administrative support to other departments whenever required.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
