Proficiency on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Visio is Mandatory)
Conceptual Knowledge on AI Tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gamma etc.)
HRIS Administration: Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize HR systems to ensure reliable and efficient HR operations.
People Analytics: Ability to analyze workforce data and convert insights into actionable business decisions.
Data Governance & Quality Management: Ability to maintain accurate, secure, and compliant employee data across systems.

Manage and Administer HRIS Platforms and Adaptation of HR Technology Ecosystems.
Maintain Employee Master Data Accuracy and System integrity.
Drive HR Process Automation across the Employee Lifecycle.
Develop Workforce Analytics Dashboards and Prepare Management Reports.
Build Google Forms, Apps Script Solutions, and system integrations.
Maintain and update employee records and personal files as per compliance.
Coordinate HRIS upgrades and new module deployment.
Maintain Employee Attendance, Leave records, and Other routine HR Activities through both Manual & HR Software/System.
Maintain 100% Accuracy of Employee Records, Personal Files, HRIS Data, and Employment Documentation covering the offer letter, appointment letter, joining letter, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination other routine HR activities through the HRIS/HRMS/HCM System in accordance with company policies.
Ensure Proactive Support to Department Head and relevant stakeholders in the execution of HR Development Projects, Organizational Development Initiatives, Risk Tracking, Communication and post-project evaluation.
Monitor KPI achievement and analyze employee performance results.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation initiatives.
