Executive - Human Resource

Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Assist in the recruitment & selection process.
• Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring that all joining formalities and required documentation are completed properly.
• Keep the personnel files up to date.
• Update the employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) regularly.
• Update employee records related to joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, increments, leave, attendance, disciplinary actions, job separations etc.
• Assist in the employee separation and final settlement process including resignation documentation, clearance, exit interviews, handover and coordination for final settlement.
• Maintain an updated CV/Resume Bank and develop a talent pool for current and future recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs, maintain training records aimed at improving employee skills and performance.
• Assist in the annual performance appraisal and evaluation process, including preparation of evaluation documents, coordination with departments and maintaining appraisal records.
• Prepare regular HR reports and workforce-related data covering recruitment, employee turnover, attendance, leave, training, training ROI, employee productivity and other HR metrics.
