Executive - HR And Admin

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management /Human Resources /Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management /Human Resources /Business Administration

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Good knowledge of HR operations and office administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, proactive and professional.
• Smart, presentable and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
