Coordinate day-to-day production and distribution activities to ensure timely product availability across showrooms.
Plan and coordinate production requirements based on sales demand, inventory levels and business requirements.
Monitor product flow from factory to warehouse and from warehouse to showrooms.
Manage showroom-wise product allocation and stock distribution according to business requirements.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement and product availability across warehouses and showrooms.
Prepare and maintain sales, stock, production and distribution reports for management review.
Analyze sales and inventory data to support product allocation and replenishment decisions.
Coordinate with factory, warehouse, head office, showroom teams and external business partners to ensure smooth operations.
Follow up on production status, delivery schedules and stock requirements.
Support retail operations by ensuring timely replenishment of products to showrooms.
Identify operational issues related to stock, production and distribution and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain effective communication and coordination among production, warehouse, distribution and sales teams.
