Torayvino Bangladesh is the official importer & distributor of Torayvino™, a Japanese water-purification brand developed by Toray Industries, Inc. We offer Japanese water-purification and water-care solutions for households, businesses and institutions in Bangladesh.

We are expanding our digital presence to increase brand awareness, generate qualified customer enquiries and support sustainable sales growth across Bangladesh.

Job Context

This is primarily a Digital Marketing position. Approximately 80–85% of the role will focus on digital marketing, while the remaining time may involve routine IT support for office employees and devices.

The selected candidate will execute digital campaigns, coordinate content, track marketing performance and provide occasional support for basic computer, software, printer and office-networking issues. The position reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Content Execution: Implement monthly content and campaign calendars across the company’s digital channels.
• Creative Coordination: Prepare captions, campaign messages and creative briefs for designers, video editors and content partners.
• Performance Optimization: Evaluate advertising results using cost per lead, conversion rate, lead quality, return on ad spend and other relevant indicators.
• Website Support: Update product information, promotional offers, blogs and landing-page content when required.
• SEO and Tracking: Support basic SEO activities and check the proper functioning of analytics, advertising pixels and conversion-tracking tools.
• Campaign Management: Set up, monitor and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Lead Coordination: Organize digital enquiries and ensure their timely transfer to the customer-care or sales team.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports with observations and practical recommendations.
• Digital Asset Management: Maintain an organized archive of campaign files, creative materials and authorized access information.

Basic Office IT Support

• Routine Troubleshooting: Resolve basic issues involving desktop computers, laptops, Windows, office software, email, printers and scanners.
• Network Support: Provide first-level assistance for Wi-Fi, LAN connections, routers and shared office devices.
• Device Setup: Install approved software and assist with computer, user-account and peripheral configuration.
