Executive -Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to be the clear, reliable communication bridge between our clients and our internal teams. This role is central to how smoothly our client projects run — someone who ensures nothing gets lost in translation between what a client needs and what our teams deliver.

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with agency clients.
• Accurately relay client requirements to the production team.
• Coordinate closely with the Content team on ongoing deliverables.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to clients throughout each project's lifecycle.
• Act as the primary communication point between clients and internal teams.
