Job Context
Commercial Executive Responsible for processing Utilization Declaration (UD) through the online systems of BGMEA and BKMEA. Ensures accurate document preparation, consumption calculation as per approved BOM, and compliance with export-import regulations. Coordinates with internal departments for shipment and raw material data and supports banking, customs, and incentive-related commercial activities.
Job Responsibilities
Process and issue Utilization Declarations (UD) through the online systems of BGMEA and BKMEA.
Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for UD applications, including Master LC, BTB LC, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, EXP, and other related export-import documents.
Ensure accurate consumption calculations as per the approved BOM (Bill of Materials) prior to UD submission.
Coordinate with the Merchandising, Commercial, Production, and Accounts departments to collect accurate shipment and raw material data.
Support the Commercial team in banking documentation, customs clearance, cash incentive processing, and other regulatory formalities as required.
Practical experience in operating BGMEA/BKMEA UD systems is mandatory.
