Executive- Call Center (Customer Care)

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle customer calls, provide product/service information, resolve customer queries and complaints, and maintain good customer relationships.

• Receive and respond to customer calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide information regarding orders, delivery, payment, and returns.
• Follow up with customers and potential leads.
• Maintain customer information and call records.
• Assist customers with product/service purchases when required.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
• Prepare daily call and customer service reports.
