Executive – Back Office Support

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Executive – Sales & Reservation Support to support sales, reservations, client communication, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have good English proficiency, basic MS Office knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in the travel and service industry.

• Must have very good computer operating skills. Beginners with limited computer knowledge are not encouraged to apply.
• Must have good knowledge of AI tools and online research.
• Must have strong English writing skills and be comfortable preparing professional messages, quotations, and other written communication.
• Must be patient and capable of handling different types of agent requirements.
• Must be trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information.
• Must be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge or experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage.
