Executive – Accounts, Supply Chain & Procurement

Accounts & Finance

• Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely updates of transactions.
• Prepare and process payments, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank-related records.
• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and statements.

Procurement & Supply Chain

• Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier communication.
• Compare supplier quotations and assist in evaluating vendors based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, receipts, and issues.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Assist in regular stock verification and reconciliation.

Banking Operations

• Handle routine banking transactions and documentation.
• Prepare and process bank-related payment documents.
• Coordinate with banks regarding transactions, statements, and other operational requirements.
