Position Summary:

Noor Autos is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive – Accounts (Odoo Accounts) to manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and practical working knowledge of Odoo Accounting Software.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Job Location

Sector 15, Uttara, Dhaka

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Use Odoo Accounting Software for accounting entries, financial records, reporting, and related activities.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, journals, and ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding transactions.
Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.
Prepare and process payment documents and ensure proper supporting documentation.
Maintain customer and supplier accounts and regularly reconcile outstanding balances.
Assist in preparing periodic financial statements and management reports.
Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
Monitor and verify financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
