Plan and manage event logistics from start to finish.
Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.
Ensure smooth operation of décor, lighting, sound, LED, truss, and other event elements.
Maintain event timelines and quality standards.
Resolve on-site operational issues professionally.
Prepare post-event reports and collect client feedback.
