Director of Supply Chain at Grüns | chakrie

Requirements

Has 8-12 years in CPG supply chain, with at least 3 years owning a function or a major end to end scope
Has run an asset-light contract manufacturing network: allocating volume across multiple co-manufacturers or co-packers, working within MOQs and capacity ceilings, and managing long lead times
Has a strong track record negotiating supplier agreements directly
Has owned a cost-per-unit or COGS number and can tell us the baseline, what they did, and the result
Has built a supply plan themselves in a model: net requirements, safety stock, on-hand, and open POs
Has run or stood up an S&OP process and gotten cross-functional teams to commit to a number, including an unpopular one
