Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn Ads.
Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, placements, and campaign KPIs.
Monitor and optimize ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL & conversions.
Conduct audience research and A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and strategies.
Manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns and conversion tracking.
Analyze performance data and prepare campaign reports.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content teams, and account managers.
Stay updated with advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, and industry trends.
