Fluency in both Bengali and English, spoken and written
A creative, self-driven individual comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Willingness to travel locally within Dhaka for events, fairs, and vendor coordination
Own smartphone and laptop preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams, vendors, and external partners
Basic understanding of the travel and visa services industry is an advantage
