Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Manage Panda Bubbles' Facebook and Instagram pages.

• Prepare weekly content plans and write engaging content in natural Bangla and clear English.

Create, schedule and publish social media posts.

Respond to comments and messages on the same day.

• Design social media posts, promotional creatives, menus, price lists, posters, flyers and cover images.

Shoot and edit short-form videos using a smartphone.

• Create content featuring products, outlets, customers, new menu items and campaigns.

Visit outlets regularly for photography and video shoots.

Support outlet openings, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

Run small-budget campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

• Prepare a monthly one-page performance report covering reach, followers, messages and ad spend.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, including logo, colours, fonts and communication tone.
• Organise digital files properly and use only licensed or company-owned images.
• Occasionally support digital marketing and content activities for other brands under the same ownership.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.

Knowledge of Instagram content management.

Knowledge of Google Business Profile will be an advantage.

Own laptop and smartphone with a good-quality camera.

• Graduate candidates are preferred, but portfolio and practical skills will be given more importance than academic qualifications.

Creative with a good eye for clean and attractive design.

Comfortable writing natural Bangla and clear English.

Hands-on with shooting, designing, editing and publishing content.

Comfortable working at outlets and interacting with the shop environment.

Willing to travel outside Dhaka for several days when required.

Comfortable working evenings or weekends when outlet activity is high.

Quick to learn new tools, products and processes.

Open to feedback and able to implement improvements quickly.

Expected Monthly Output

As a starting point, the selected candidate will be expected to deliver approximately:

12 social media posts per month

8 short-form videos per month

Content from at least 4 shoot days per month

1 monthly performance report

More content may be required during outlet openings and major campaigns.

Company-paid travel, accommodation and food during official trips
