2+ years of experience in social media seeding, community marketing, or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Facebook Groups, Reddit, forums, and online communities
Excellent written communication skills in Bangla & English
Ability to create natural, engaging, non-spammy content
Good understanding of audience targeting and customer psychology
Strong research, communication, and time-management skills
