HR Management for Factory Operations:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Manage performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, and disciplinary processes.

- Liaise with external auditors, buyers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance readiness.
- Develop and implement safety programs to minimise workplace injuries and hazards.
Security and Discipline (Factory Premises):
- Leverage military experience to maintain high standards of discipline and security across the factory premises.
- Implement effective access control measures and monitor factory premises for safety and security risks.
- Train and supervise security personnel to handle emergencies, including theft, fire, and unrest.
- Address and mitigate worker unrest or dispute risks in collaboration with HR and legal teams.
Strategic Leadership in Factory Operations:
- Work closely with factory management to align HR, admin, and compliance functions with production goals.
- Use factory performance data to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and workforce planning.
- Act as a bridge between senior management and the factory-level workforce to maintain open communication.
