Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Corporate Marketing And Sales

• Identify and develop new Corporate, Institutional, and Fleet Clients to generate sustainable business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, institutions, and key decision-makers.
• Develop business opportunities with banks, MNCs, NGOs, government and private organizations, corporate houses, and fleet companies.
• Promote Corporate Vehicle Servicing, Fleet Maintenance Packages, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Service Contracts, and other automotive service solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, business proposals, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Generate qualified corporate leads and ensure effective follow-up from initial contact through business conversion.
• Develop strategies to increase new customer acquisition, customer retention, repeat business, and corporate revenue.
• Understand clients’ vehicle maintenance and repair requirements and coordinate with the Service and Workshop Teams to provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities within the automotive service industry.
• Plan and execute corporate marketing campaigns, client visits, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain an updated corporate client database, sales pipeline, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports on corporate marketing activities, client visits, leads, conversions, sales performance, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Service, Workshop, Accounts & Finance, Supply Chain, and Management Teams to ensure excellent corporate customer service.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Business Development targets.

AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPOSURE

The candidate should have a good understanding of the automotive service and repair business and be familiar with a broad range of passenger and premium vehicle brands, including:

Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, MG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Porsche, Land Rover and Jaguar.

Knowledge of other leading automotive brands will be considered an advantage.
