Experience Requirements
10 to 12 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the garments accessories / trims industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role (e.g., AGM / Head of Sales).
Proven track record of handling major local and international apparel accounts and securing buyer nominations for zippers or related accessories.
Additional Requirements
Strong command over market dynamics, pricing strategy, and client negotiation in Bangladesh`s RMG sector.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills.
Proficient in English and Bengali (both written and verbal).
