Key Responsibilities

Assist the Controller of Examinations in conducting all exam.
Supervise computerized result processing and timely publication.
Maintain secure and confidential digital exam records.
Oversee the issuance of transcripts, certificates, and grade sheets.
Support the automation and digitalization of exam processes.
Coordinate with academic departments, exam committees, and the IT team.
Ensure data accuracy, security, backup, and confidentiality.
Supervise exam-related officers and staff.
Perform any other duties assigned by the University Authority.
