Plan, organize, and manage depot operations, possessing leadership qualities in line with SOPs and company policy to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure on-time delivery and achieve 100% COD and credit collection within the approved period.
Oversee logistics management to ensure smooth distribution operations.
Manage cold-chain operations efficiently to maintain product quality.
Maintain physical inventory with 100% accuracy, following FIFO principles.
Ensure proper store management in compliance with GDP guidelines.
Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for team members as required.
Implement cost-effective management within approved budgets.
Take proactive initiatives to minimize Sales Returns.
Adequate knowledge and familiar with ERP or SAP (SD module) and ensure proficiency in MS Office.
Maintain sharp and effective communication-both upward (reporting) and downward (team).
