Data Monitoring Officer

Job Responsibilities

* Monitor daily operational data and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.

* Collect, verify, organize, and maintain data from different operational sources.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data monitoring reports.

* Identify data discrepancies, errors, missing information, and unusual trends and report them to management.

* Maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based databases and prepare summaries, charts, and reports.

* Coordinate with field teams, technical teams, and office personnel to collect required information.

* Monitor system-generated data and cross-check it with operational records.

* Maintain proper documentation and records of all monitoring activities.

* Support management with data analysis and performance reports for decision-making.

* Ensure data confidentiality and follow company procedures and reporting requirements.

* Perform any other data monitoring and reporting duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data analysis.

* Basic understanding of databases and data management.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Willingness to learn operational and technical systems.

* B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) is required.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Candidates with relevant data monitoring/reporting experience will receive preference.
