Knowledge of GDS Systems and Travel Agency Processes will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Handle Daily Queries from travel agents and provide timely support.
Resolve Portal Issues including login and account-related problems.
Coordinate with Teams such as Reservation, Ticketing, Sales, and Accounts.
Maintain Relationships with travel agents and ensure smooth communication.
Handle Complaints and ensure timely solutions.
Support Onboarding for new agents and provide basic portal guidance.
Perform Assigned Duties as directed by management.
