Role Description: The Customer Service Project Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing customer service projects and providing high-quality support for clients using Languagers’ interpreting services. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and interpreters, tracking service performance, and resolving customer issues promptly.

Responsibilities also include maintaining client communication, managing service expectations, developing project plans, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. Additionally, the role involves documenting workflows and supporting the onboarding of new clients or services.
