Responsibilities & Context

The incumbent will provide prompt and professional customer service across multiple channels and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, accurate and professional customer service across phone, email, branches and digital channels while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and service standards.
Act as the primary liaison for Branches, Sub-Branches, Imperial Banking and Head Office regarding customer service and card acquisition support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Coordinate with Operations, IT, Fraud Monitoring, Collections and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support customer retention, portfolio utilization and card activation initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote card usage and cross-sell relevant card products.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
Uphold customer data confidentiality at all times.
Monitor customer issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
