Fluent Bangla with clear pronunciation, strong vocabulary, and the ability to communicate in basic English.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain products and services clearly.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
Willingness to work in shifts, follow scheduled breaks, and maintain punctuality and attendance.
Comfortable handling sales-related conversations, achieving targets, and identifying customer needs.
Motivated to learn, improve, and build a long-term career in customer service.
Presentable appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding Pureit products, pricing, installation, maintenance, and after-sales services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
Generate and follow up on sales leads while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Record customer interactions, complaints, and service requests accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain the required quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction standards.
Follow established call handling procedures, escalation protocols, and company policies.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in every customer interaction.
Contribute to achieving team targets and maintaining the service standards expected by Pureit.
