Customer Relation Manager

Coordinate with partner hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers regarding appointments, treatment plans, and cost estimates.

Maintain strong relationships with patients, attendants, hospitals, and business partners.

Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.

Assist patients with appointment scheduling, medical visa, and treatment coordination.

Represent the company at medical seminars, health fairs, and promotional events.

Maintain patient records and prepare regular activity reports.

Achieve assigned targets and ensure high patient satisfaction.

Perform other customer relationship and medical tourism-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
