• If you can turn a talking-head clip into a scroll-stopping reel that people actually watch to the end — this role is for you.
• 🔎 Who We’re Looking For

An editor who deeply understands what makes short-form work:

• ✅ Hook edits that grab attention in the first 1–2 seconds
• ✅ Retention-focused pacing (you know why a viewer drops off, and how to stop it)
• ✅ Clean cuts that feel native to the feed — not overly designed
• ✅ Sharp captions/subtitles with rhythm and emphasis
• ✅ Tasteful motion graphics and text animations that enhance, not distract
• ✅ B-roll sourcing and integration
• ✅ Beat-synced cuts and sound design
• ✅ Solid grasp of 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 delivery
• 🎯 Hard Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro (must)
• After Effects/CapCut (basic-to-intermediate motion graphics)
• Photoshop / Illustrator (asset prep)
• Basic colour correction and audio cleanup
• Fast, organised file management (Google Drive workflow)
• 💬 Soft Skills

• Strong command of English (reading, writing, listening — you’ll work off English briefs)
• Punctual and reliable — deadlines matter
• Responsive and easy to communicate with
• Detail-oriented, especially with captions and audio
• Open to feedback and iteration
• 💼 What You’ll Do

• Edit 15–60 second reels for talking-head creators, coaches, e-commerce brands and podcasters
• Work from clear editing briefs (we handle ideation, filming and strategy)
• Deliver a consistent editing style across a high volume of content
• Occasional multicamera podcast edits
• Grow into a senior/lead role as the team scales
• 💰 What We Offer

• 20,000 – 25,000 BDT/month (based on experience)
• 5-day work week — 2 days off every week
• Flexible timing, full-time in-office (Uttara Sector 10)
• Friendly, collaborative office environment
• Complimentary snacks, tea and coffee throughout the day
• Hands-on work with international clients (US, AU, UK)
• Mentorship from experienced editors and motion designers
• Access to professional courses and modern AI tools
• Real path to Lead Editor / Team Lead as the agency grows
