Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design from any reputed institute.

Total Experience: 20 to 25 years of proven professional experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or related sectors.

Industry Background: Demonstrated experience working with Real Estate developers, Interior Design firms, Architectural consultancies, Travel Agencies, Chemical Industries, or Visa Processing firms.

Technical Domain Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of interior design for residential, commercial, and industrial factory buildings.

Software Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, 3ds Max (V-Ray), D5 Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and relevant design software.

(ODL) is seeking a highly experienced and vision-driven Creative Design Executive to lead end-to-end interior solutions, architectural layouts, and graphic presentation standards at our Banani office in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will bring 20 to 25 years of specialized expertise across real estate, interior design, and architectural firms. This hybrid creative-leadership role spans architectural layout drafting, high-end 3D visual rendering, client consultation, on-site technical supervision, and holistic project coordination to ensure flawless execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Full-time on-site position at Banani, Dhaka.

Concept Development & Architectural Visualization

Develop original interior design concepts, architectural layout plans, mood boards, and presentation drawings according to client requirements.
Prepare detailed 2D/3D visualizations, high-resolution renders, and walk-throughs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max (V-Ray), D5 Render, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
Draft comprehensive technical working drawing sets for contractors, including material specifications, finish schedules, door/window details, and construction timelines.
Create detail drawings for landscaping and custom decorative architectural features for site implementation.

Client Engagement & Project Coordination

Lead client meetings to gather design briefs, present architectural proposals, and refine concepts in an effective and efficient manner.
Conduct detailed site measurements, survey site conditions, and translate parameters into accurate layout plans.
Provide technical support during material selection, sample collection, and delivery verification for client sign-offs.

Site Supervision & Execution Monitoring

Conduct top-level supervision and frequent site visits to ensure construction compliance with approved drawings and design specifications.
Maintain close contact with execution teams and site-in-charges to resolve structural or aesthetic field queries during execution.
Prepare, revise, and adapt layout plans or working drawings on-site whenever structural modifications are required.
Monitor weekly action checklists, track project milestones, and update weekly project progress reports for senior management.
