Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design from any reputed institute.Total Experience: 20 to 25 years of proven professional experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or related sectors.Industry Background: Demonstrated experience working with Real Estate developers, Interior Design firms, Architectural consultancies, Travel Agencies, Chemical Industries, or Visa Processing firms.Technical Domain Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of interior design for residential, commercial, and industrial factory buildings.Software Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, 3ds Max (V-Ray), D5 Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and relevant design software.Project Management & Coordination: Strong capability in record-keeping, weekly checklist tracking, and site-to-office communication.
