Corporate Sales - Manager / Assistant Manager - Commercial Interior.

1. Corporate Business Development

• Develop new corporate accounts for Idealist.

• Identify upcoming commercial and corporate interior projects.

• Build a qualified B2B sales pipeline.

• Conduct regular corporate visits and business meetings.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, associations and market visits.

• Develop relationships with decision-makers, CEOs, Directors, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Managers and Project Managers.

2. Commercial Interior Sales

Promote and sell:

• Corporate office interior

• Commercial interior

• Retail/showroom interior

• Restaurant/café interior

• Hospitality interior

• Office renovation

• Turnkey interior solutions

• Interior design consultancy

• Furniture & workstation solutions

• Fit-out and MEP coordination

• Project management services

3. Client Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.

• Maintain a proper corporate client database.

• Understand client requirements, budget and project timeline.

• Follow up systematically from first contact to project award.

• Maintain relationships after project completion to generate repeat business and referrals.

4. Proposal & Tender Management

• Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals.

• Understand BOQ, scope of work and project requirements.

• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Engineering, Procurement and Finance teams.

• Prepare client presentations.

• Participate in corporate tenders and RFQs.

• Negotiate commercial terms within approved company limits.

• Follow up until PO/Work Order/Contract confirmation.

5. Sales Target Achievement

Responsible for:

6. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor pricing and services.

• Track new commercial construction projects.

• Prepare monthly market-development reports.

• Recommend new sectors and customer segments for Idealist.

7. Marketing

Work closely with the Branding/Marketing team on:

• Corporate presentations

• Company profile

• Project portfolio

• Social media campaigns

• LinkedIn B2B campaigns

• Email marketing

• Corporate events

• Exhibitions

• Networking events

• Client seminars

• Architect/consultant engagement programs

8. Reporting & CRM

Maintain:

• Daily visit report

• Lead database

• Sales pipeline

• Client meeting report

• Follow-up schedule

• Quotation tracker

• Tender tracker

• Conversion report

• Lost-project analysis

• Monthly sales forecast
